Do Condys get stuck?

My condy has been inside this live rock that has crevasses in it for a couple of days now. He's trying to stick his tentacles out a top and bottom hole. He crawled in there himself.
Just wondering if I leave him alone and let him do his thing, or help rescue him.
I dont think lighting was too bright because when he was out he would stretch all his arms into the air like he wanted more light.

Quite normal. In fact, we see them scuba diving all the time just like that. If they dont like the spot, they will move. More likely they wont stop moving. My condy moved every two weeks.
