Hi all,
I just had a quick question, I recently purchased a large featherduster and placed it on (not in) the sand bed. Now I've seen these pop up from my live rock before, but usually quite small in comparison to the one I bought.
The other ones I've seen have never moved, and usually are attached to a rock or the stem of one of my hammer corals... But when I saw the tank today, the work was completely buried and only about an inch protruded, with the beautiful purple feather waving in the current.
Has anyone experienced this before? I did not know they could move or bury themselves, I know my wrasses were picking on it a bit, but it would just cap off and hide... never move
