Do I have enough flow for SPS now?

My 90gal. has been setup for 10days now, I have 135lbs. of Lalo LR. And I have a 30gal. sump with a mag 9.5 as a return. I'm running Two Tunze 6000's with single controllers "well with one single controller till the other one gets here " That are on a timer they both come on at different times every 15min. I will have them set at 100% and 50%. Is this enough flow for any SPS I want? Here is my tank its a little cloudy because of water change

Sounds fine, FWIW, I have kept a mixed reef for 6 years in a 120 using 2 7400/2 and a Tunze 7100 return pump doing 450gph. I can't keep the highest flow animal but montis do fine. I think I have a picture of this tank in my gallery.

Roger I'm running them both on timers which they take turns every 15min. Do you think it would be to much if I had them on at the same time but just set the pule different one will be 100% while the other is 30% and vise versa

You might gradually go up to that but start with just one until your corals are acclimated.

Is the pulse that big of a deal? I think the key is to have the flow in the first place, right?

I have been running both for 2 weeks now, and its been great. I have them set to run at 100% and 30%. One will run at 100% and the other will run at 30% and vice versa. I have them change around 3 seconds each. I have a 1" layer of oolite reef sand and its been fine. I do have the streams all the way up at the top of the tank though not sure if thats OK but everything flows great at the bottom. My clams seem happy also. I have my return slanted up to cause surface agitation and its 600gph. Not very good at this so can someone tell me how much turn over is in my tank now?

The pulse is the best way to create a turbulant flow and to broaden the flow since the fast and slow water colliding creates a broader water movement.
