do i have pinched mantel?

i had recentaly bought a few clams from clams direct and now the little baby maxim is not looking so good. i hade done very well for the last few days but now its mantel is curled in onto itself and is not open as much. could this be PM? what should i do? how can i help him?

i just did some more reading and have found that this is almost definentaly PM. so i did a 30 min fresh water RO dip. and will let you know how it does.
