Thanks for your post, the State of California requires us to charge sales tax on any orders that are picked up from our facility. You will only pay tax on orders that are picked up at our facility, any shipping charges or additional shipment fees are waived for will call orders.

Your welcome! You can always pick up items at our warehouse at your convenience 2 hours after your order is placed over the phone, (we don't accept will call orders placed over the Internet) this gives us a chance to have your order picked and ready to go when you get here. Our will call window pick up hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 10-5 pm. Our will call window is closed on Mondays and Holidays. Please keep in mind that our will call window will close at 2pm on Wednesday Dec. 24th.
