Mussina aquarium is doing well but it went down after a clam spawn months ago. Now is running and is looking great except I got Bubble Algae out of control. I got few corals at a frag swap and put them in the tank and soon tiny bubbles showed up. I will be setting up a whole aquarium for him at my house and by Spring Training (while they are out of town) I'm planning to redo the system. Few changes and put some updated equipment on it.

Do you still have any "maxis" in your aquarium? Do they reproduce as prolifically as their smaller brethren?

Maxis don't split like minis do. I lost all mine in the move.

sounds like a haddon's or helianthus. Most people would overlook tapetums....

The tapetums are in the Solana in the shop. The "yellow carpet"? Was that in the look down on it's own PVC pipe? If so that's a haddons. The Solana has these two fantastic looking tapetums in it. Very nice colors.

There are a few Maxi Mini's in the look down in the center with the mangroves. They are the normal looking green ones. Nothing as nice as in the other tank.
