Do I need a chiller?

I am going to have an AGA 210 put together soon, and was wondering about the lighting.

I will have (3) 250w MH lights and some PC's. To help with cooling, I would have (4) 3" Fans, (2) on each end. Would the fans keep the tank s temperatures from rising dramatically? Would I need a chiller to help control this? Would I need a heater at all?

I've got a 210 with 3 150W MH & PCs. 2 fans in my canopy. I use a chiller that seems to runs quite a bit. The tank is in my office and it is a warm room. I have never had a need for a heater on any of my tanks. Alot depends upon how long you run your lights and room temp. Here is a link to my setup.

It will be in a room that runs 78 year round.

If the room is running 78 without the aquarium, my guess is that you will want to have a chiller. I run my MH 6 hours a day and my office climbs above 80 in the summer. Fish stay cooler than I do.

Budget your money for a chiller. you may not need one but get a low heat pump. I have a panworld it give off ALOT of heat. maybe look at a dolphin pump.
