Do my acans look healthy?

I moved my acans to the sand bed instead of on the center rock with the zoas and glued them to a flat rock so they wouldn't be directly on the sand bed. This was 4-5 days ago and they haven't fully opened since then but they are accepting food. I don't think it has anything to do with light since they are only a few inches from where they were. Is it possible they are to close to the hammer coral?

Not too close to hammer. Their gaping / open mouthes concern me some.

Depending on the shape and light spread of your reflector, a move of a couple inches could be a significant change in PAR.

Should I move them or let them be? They are still eating food.

I circled where they used to be mounted.

And here is a pic from a few minutes ago.

I would leave them where there at & keep monitoring them. If they start looking worse then I would take action but to me they don't look to bad right now.

Agreed, leave them be. They look OK, but not great. Better off reducing contact with them so they can settle in.

something is definitely bothering them they are quite contracted i find mine like moderate to low flow and to be at the bottom not directly under the light but to the sides of the tank also my personal experience when you feed them when the lights are out make sure there aren't any worms or other creatures trying to did the food out of there mouth or burr into the mouth

there are different kinds of acans too that grow different

here is a good example so to diffent types the marble acan on the left encrust what it grows on and the red and white on the right has lopes that grow from the main colony

Good to see they are back. I once had very low mag and the acans were not happy. They started to respond once the mag was back in check, just one other thing to keep in mind with some of these LPS corals.
