Do my clowns have Ich/Velvet/ or Brook?

I've lost 5 other fish this week really quick, three in one day and 2 the next (going into qt). I thought they all had a case of ich, all were eating garlic food and moving around with no issue, then died suddenly. I'm trying to save my Clowns and cardinal. I figured it was ich, however, reading a little more, i read where brook will cause brittle fins. I'm leaning towards brook, just want to make sure my diagnosis is right so I can get some formallin. They are currently in Hypo (1.010), will get it to 1.009 this afternoon. They were in real bad shape yesterday, but last night i found some IO Lifeguard and added it to the tank, they are swimming more today and eating alittle. Below are the pics:

Yea, that's why i thought, and all the other fish had the white specs, had a regal and a yellow. The yellow is what introduced it(i know, should've qt'd). The flame and coral beauty also got them. But the flame and regal died over night, the previous night were eating and swimming with no problems. They're eyes were hazy though, just figured it was a bad case of ich, was trying to beat it with garlic foods hoping they could beat it. They were all fat, the yellow and coral beauty died overnight in QT. I read where brook can kill really quick that's why i was thinking brook since i had the others die so quickly.
