also where would be the best place to drill one hole for overflow center it on the back? or should i put it in a corner?

No.
Its your tank. You can decide for yourself.

The location is up to you. Generally, 2" down from the top, minimum of 2" in from the side. Other than that, it depends on the style of the weir and where you want it.

It's really up to you where you drill. I'd suggest do a little surfing and look at other set-ups and then decide where you want to drill.

ok will do. im thinking center becuase on the back of my stand the only openings are right by the center.
