I may not be successful at growing everything, but I sure can grow Blue Clove Polyps well.

These things have covered just about every inch of bare rock I had. I tried the toothbrush and suction method to remove them, but that just seemed to egg the little devils on. I've read about the fluke tabs, but am not keen on checmical warfare, plus they are no longer on the market - which makes me wonder if they pose some hazzard.

This may be a good time to break the tank down and move it to the other side of the room, which will allow me to utilize an unfinished section of the basement for a mini fish room.

Here's some phone pictures:

I had the same issue with Xenia couldn't kill it with a dremel sold all live rock and corals to LFS bought all new rock and sand and started over

Take the rock and do the acid wash on them. Then move the tank like we talked about when I was there. You will be a lot happier I would think. We killed a ton of those cloves with an acid wash.

Your right, I do believe I will be happier with the tank on the other wall. Having the sump in the unfinished area of the basement will make me a lot happier and make stuff a lot easier to access.

I might downsize a bit and go with a 120 as it won't appear so cramped.

Downsizing is never the way to go!:thumbdown

I downsized from a 125 gallon and 75 gallon to 93 cube and 24g nano and very happy with more room in my house. Not sure what it is but love the cube tanks ever since i seen Nanooks big cube.

I might buy some off you if you're selling.

You have any pieces about this of your fist or so?
If so how many, and how much do you want for them?

I have rock I could trade you with too if it helps.

Cube tanks ate cool as you cal look in on three or more sides, just not everybody has a room that makes sense for one.... I wish I did but for now I am happy with my bar back reef

Quite a bit of the BCP has been spoken for already. I will also need to keep some rock in the tank until I either set up a 120 with new rock or decide what to do with the fish.

I got a decent amount of store credit for some big chunks of rock covered with BCP, so I pulled the trigger on a 120.

Another plus, my son was home from school to help me get it into the basement.

Did you get the 4x2 or 5x18?

I have the 5x18" myself Kinda wish it was the 4x2. Would've only need 2 LEDs instead of 3~

It's the 4x2. Overflows are centered on the back instead of the corners.

I know how much everyone likes pictures...

Don't mind the floating holograms, it's something new I'm trying... that's right, this tank will have mermaids.
