the answer to the question of this thread is yes..........they are huge and ugly and very unreliable, my friend just recently had 4 of them go bad and he has now switched to they Koralia's and loves them

I also own a couple 1500's and owned 820's before those and i never had any fail on me or any restart problems.


IMO I think they have to be the best bang for the buck powerhead.
