Do skimmers remove calcium and alk chemicals?

I have a doser that is dosing Reef Pro A, Reef Pro B and Algae Management chemicals.

I have them dosing into chamber #2 in my sump. Chamber #3 is where my protein skimmer lives and Chamber #4 is the return pump.

Should I be dosing to chamber 4 instead of 2?

Wasn't sure if protein skimmers take those chemicals out and I'm basically wasting my time with the order of where things are going.

No. Skimmers remove amino acid leftovers, aka protein waste, aka that romantic 'sea foam' that reefers know better than to play in. Corals absorb calcium.

As Sk8r said, no, your skimmer will not remove your Calcium or Alkalinity supplements. I would, however, suggest dosing in the return pump chamber if for no other reason than to minimize precipitation (especially Alk) on your skimmer impeller.
