Do you glue your aquascape?

I was wondering how everyone supports their aquascape. Do you guys glue/epoxy your rock together? I'm hoping to avoid that in case I want to move things around later. In the past I would just stack everything so that it would be stable on its own, but now I have a 210 gallon which will require more rock. Would I still be able to get by with careful stacking?

I just stack mine carefully for flexibility. I'm not a fan of fabricated structures.

I have never glued mine. I just stack carefully and before I put sand in. Sometimes my coral will eventually "glue" rocks together though.

I do move sand away and make sure the rocks are sitting at the bottom. Had a diamond goby move sand around and move rock.

Yes, I will make sure to put the rock down before I put the sand in. I was also considering using the lighting egg crate to put the rock on, but I've been reading that a lot of people haven't been happy with that. Has anyone used that and been happy they did?

if i wasnt so cheap when i first started i would have done it but after reading... it takes so much pressure to break the bottom of the tank with just piling rock up.

Yes I have.

I can't really say one way or another if I would do it again. I think I would lean towards not putting it in the next time. I have a couple spots where the powerheads have blown the sand away and the lighting grid is exposed. That's the only real downside I've noticed.

But now you've got me wondering if I should be noticing something else.

Thanks.
