For my 120 gallon I do 2.5 cups of Zeo Mix, 1.5 cups of AF Carbon, and 1 cup of AF Phosphate Minus, stacked in that order from bottom to top, flow adjusted to see AF Phosphate Minus tumble, but as to not escape the reactor. These are my calculations that have worked brilliant for me, so let's say 20% or around .7 cup of Zeomix, .5 cup of AF Carbon, and .3 cup of Af Phospate Minus. Now, based on your bioload you can increase or decrease, I am just giving you an idea, ultimately it boils down to your fish and coral load, and how well your system processes the nutrients. Cheers!
