I think the standard would work on your unit though, since you probably are not getting more then 90gpd of actual flow through your unit.

Jason I went with the standard since you thought it would work.But it will not shut off the water.I am feeding it from a saddle valve above the unit.

any ideas why it will not shut off the water?I had to screw the needle back up into the pipe from the saddle valve to shut off the water.

Do you have the solenoid installed on the RO unit?

yes I have the blackbox installed.the feed comes from the saddle valve into the box then into the ro unit

Sorry for the slow reply. I'm going to contact Spectrapure and see if they can help. Seems like you have everything installed ok. We'll see what they say.

Hi,

Spectrapure believes your solenoid might either be installed backwards, where the in is out, out is in, or possibly. So I would check that and see if the wording shows it's backwards, but even if you show it's correct. They still recommedned turning it out, possibly factory backwards inside.

So hopefully that will fix the problem. They said if not, you can send it back to them or us for an exchange.
