Any change in light needs proper adaptation, no matter what change it is. For less, it's easier. For more light it has to be slower.

I don't understand why the spectrum would be the problem for the LEDs, in respect to bleaching. I do know that spectrum, needs a balance for optimum coral/zoa/clam/plant growth and for the reception of our eyes, to percept how they look under such light. A balanced spectrum is the way to go for that. Not too blue, not too white.

The amount of light emitted will be the ultimate focus to determinate the possibilities of bleaching related to light.

Did you remove the GFO yet?
