Doctor64776's 400gallon Show 700gallon System

Thanks Guys....

I ordered the Rock for the front about 3 weeks ago and they told me 3-4 days to arrive cool.... every 3-4 days I call or go by and they say " oh sorry we should get it tommorow" I am getting @#$%% er upset .... I may have to just drive the 150 miles and go pick it up directly in a larger city

The "Rock" you speak of is up above in my "Bucket 'O' Rocks" there is a pic there these "Liverocks". The rock I speak of now is Faux front to the tank display area... There are also pics of these.. The ones that just arrived are the actual wall covering to the display area :)

looking fantastic doc still following you on this build and i can't wait for my tank to arrive, so anxious after seeing everyone else getting their system up and running...keep pics them coming

Oh now that is going to be sooo nice! I am happy I built my own for the experience But really it would have been nice to just buy it and be done... yours is looking really nice

thanks doc, i could have done a wood tank build but by calculating the time building it with materials, and loss of family time (priceless) that comes up bout the same...i should be ready this coming week when my tank arrived, bad weather up north delay my tank getting here on time, but i learn in this hobby patience is the key....started a good bit already, but stop when tank was delay...here are some pics, hope it's okay i post some pics up on your thread, thanks

do did you check out dsandfort wood build look nice, also sean @ ebnreefs down here Mandeville, LA did this build too

no problem doc, will post up soon just waiting on the keep equipment like tank, haha... just ordered litermeter 3 and man this is awesome piece of hardware, i wanted to put 300gal in the same place but i figure once i did that i will later upgrade and that was the last thing i wanted to do was to tear down a mature tank. who says this hobby was cheap, and i should have stuck with deep sea fishing lol

OK back on track...

Here is 1/2 of the Rock for the display front.. it arrived yesterday the other half is already inside being put up :) hehe

Hey Doc....the rockwork looks awesome and it's going to look amazing once the tank and all your awesome corals are glowing away in there.

That's hilarious about your son....looks like something my dad would put me up to :)
