Yes it can be done. I seen a lot of tank of that size that uses 3/4" acrylic with very minimal if not negligible bowing.
My tank is 96x30x30 1" thick acrylic all around including top and bottom. But I think I should have opted for 3/4" bottom and back. 1" thick acrylic was just too heavy. It required 6 people to carry my tank.
Alternatives are a well made wooden stand designed for the loading. Aluminum structural members are also an option and can typically be bought cut to size directly from the supplyer and bolted together on site.
Strucurally, the stand just needs to be able to transfer the weight of the tank down to the floor. Supporting the floor under that monster is a whole other problem.
