Does anybody do custom acrylic work around here?

I'm in need of having a custom, relatively unique sump built, and I've considered doing it out of wood myself, but I think that I can get more out space out of acrylic for my very thin space (6"deep, 30-36" long, 16-20" tall). Does anybody on here do acrylic work? Any recommendations for local businesses?

Thanks!
Matthew

could you atleast get them to cut the pieces for you? and then silicone it yourself?

Good idea, I wonder if they would do that. Acrylic doesn't go together with silicone, it gets bonded with weldon and glass uses silicone.

They will cut it for you. They whined and complained about my sump design, so I just bought the acrylic aquarium, had them cut peices and did it myself. Remember, they have that flippin lip on the bottom of thier aquariums.

They do rimless, but it costs more.

Well, here's my problems with that approach... I don't think I trust myself building a sump for my first acrylic work, and what i want is not simply to take a regular acrylic tank and add baffles and stuff.... I need a 100% custom peice, it's only 6" deep, but 36" long and 20" high.

I'll keep looking around, I may end up just having a local plastics place cut it up and I might have to build it myself, but I was hoping not too.

Thanks for the suggestions.
