does anybody know where I can get a blue pagoda coral?

I guess it's a Turbinaria? Seen on the web some bright blue ones? If anybody grows some, how big does it get?

If you ever go down to the bay area you might wanna give aquarium concepts a call. I used to work there and we would get blue pagodas fairly regularly from indonesia

You might want to take a look at the ReefFarmers listing. They delisted it because the blue doesn't last. Where ever you get it from I'd verify its been blue for at least six months.
