does anyone Have a Deep Blue RR Tank?

I have a DB RR 60g cube seahorse tank. Love it, only had it for 4 months. But the LFS we have here runs only DB RR tanks and loves them all. Great silicon work and consistent product. She has 30 of their tanks. They are reasonable to clean. Her coral tanks are the 80g RR rimless tanks. Love them. Not much for height with the 80s but beautiful tanks and when we have to get into the overflow there is space to work. Nice adjustable gates in the overflows too! All aforementioned tanks are rimless.

80 gal RR rimless. Over a year old, no issues. Quality build.
I would buy another if I was in the market for a tank.

I have a 65G RR and have had the 80G and 30G RR tanks in the past. I went well. The only problem I could find was the junk Bulkheads and other plumbing. As long as you either build your own durso or get the Aqueon one you'll be good to go

I've had a few of their rimless RR frag tanks and had absolutely no issues with any of them.

have a DB RR 75g been running for a little over 3 years no problems at all.. although if I were to change anything I would have drilled it or put the overflow in the corner rather than the middle which is where mine is. it being in the middle makes aquascaping an somewhat of a challenge.

I am glad I came across this. I came across a LFS here that is closing and selling the Deep Blue Edge Series Aquariums for (what I think are) AWESOME prices. I was thinking about the 60rr cube. He is selling them for $223. I can get the 80rr for $300.

No kidding, by anychance would he be located in Glen Ellen? I just left there and came home with a Deep Blue 55 Gallon for a steal

That's good to know. I wont even bother using them then. I bought the tank tonight and the plumbing kit came with it

Thanks for all the feed back. I went ahead and picked one up tonight, Deep Blue RR 55 gallon. I Already had a custom stand that I build for a fresh water setup. I don't want to part with the stand just yet.

I have a 75 rimless.only thing I don't like about it is that it is rimless.Water splashs over the edge all the time when cleaning.Other than that is a great tank.

That thought never crossed my mind, but I can see how not that you pointed it out. I wanted rimless in the worst way, and I had to hold myself back from spending the extra cash.

I am upgrading to a 180,tired if cleaning glass every other day.Even fish splashing water will run down the sides. Its a pretty tank but will never own another.

But your complaint is with the rimless design and not the manufacturer, correct? Other than being rimless, is the quality good?
