Does anyone have a hex tank?

The one that I posted for sale a couple of weeks ago was my neighbors tank. Since no one was interested, I am going to take it.... however, how can I effeciently run it as a salt water tank???

24" tek'light with.........????? hob skimmer?

Please help a brother out.

Hi Mike,
I think I would opt for a big canister style filter with lots of water changes. Send the "old" water to your main display tank.
Better yet, tie the two tanks to the same filtration system.

I thought of doing that, but it would be a lot of pipe and equally as much head preasure to get it back to the tank. You'll have to come over and see what I'm talking about.

when i had that setup i had an aqua clear 30 i belive on it with a nova extreme 20" t5 over it bakpak2 skimmer on it and 100watt heater did water changes every 2 wks or so and it did great btw it was only a 27g per dimentions @ petworld tank on the diplay floor
