does anyone have a least favorite fish?

diamond back gobies. Tear up the bottom of sanded tanks, cloud the water, foul the pumps with grit, and cover and kill any coral on the sand. fast and wary and difficult to remove. Had to fish mine out with a hook, line, sinker, and a little shrimp on the end. It was such a glutton that it worked within minutes

That's impressive! :eek2:

Azure Damsel! He bullied my ocy clownfish. Then my 6 line beat the crap out of him. Now poor guy is really hurt and looking pretty bad. Sadly I can't seem to catch him without tearing apart my tank. Little turd is till fast! :-/

PJ cardinals. I don't hate them, but they are the least favorite fish in my tanks. I was hoping they would fill the upper water column and they do. Sort of. In the corner, by the overflow, all six of them, all the time.
BO-RING!

My Starry blenny. Looks awesome, but is a spook. Hides as soon as there is movement by the tank, and I have to stay still for a long time before it comes out again. I've also had to fish it out of the overflow a few times, and once out of a barely accessible area of my sump.

My starry is the SAME way. It's not his tank mates driving the shy personality he has only one powder brown tang and two clowns, the four of them are in a 290. Definitely 0 aggression or picking on each other.

I had it in a smaller tank. He was the last fish in but didn't matter. It left my clowns alone but anything else that consumed algae was tortured and picked on. I got so ****ed because my scape was awesome and I had to tear the tank apart to get him. Beautiful fish under led's but just put a bad taste in my mouth about tangs. When I get my bigger tank I'll prolly try a tomini as I've never heard anything negative about them.

I have a Tomini Tang that brutalizes any other tang I put in the tank. I FINALLY got him to coexist with a powder brown adult, but he killed three others before getting to this point. I would have removed him but I have about 200lbs of live rock to move.

Am I the only person who doesn't like clownfish? I'm sure they're good tank inhabitants. They're just so goofy looking, like they are only half awake or something.

Honestly, I couldn't love a fish more then my pair of clown fish. They are very personable and love to follow me when I walk by the tank. So far I am new enough that I really don't have a least favorite fish. Well, I may say yellow tangs, but that is only because I just cant keep them in my current tank and I hate it.

Not a fish, but my least favorite thing in my tank are emerald crabs. Against my better judgment, I put some in my tank.

I've now set up a mantis tank just so I can feed the emerald crabs to it...

I hear ya on the PJs. Butt ugly. Mine do move around a lot though, when the larger one is chasing and nipping at the smaller one, then they all-of-a-sudden start acting all lovey-dovey. Weird fish, will be trading them out when I switch out my un-drilled 55 for a drilled 55 and set up a sump.

My very least favorite fish is my Neon Dottyback. He's just such a dick to the other fish it's not funny. He'll be all interesting to watch, inquisitive, then just go after any fish that dares to go near one of the (his) rocks. The jerk has even claimed the rock pile at the other end of the tank from his sleeping rock pile. He's going to go then as well, rock and all.
