I'm glad to see you're treating it, and not waiting. :)

Here are a couple of mine. This is a couple hours before lights on, this morning, using a flashlight because the flash on my phone gets in the way...
There is quite a bit of distance between the 2 blues, you can see the edge of both in each pic. These are typical night time sizes they are. They retract, but keep the ruffled edges, and kind of pull in a bit. The one on the left has a hole behind the rock it settles into, so it's not as deflated as the pic portrays it.

Here's the one on the right, you can still see how much distance between them, left one's disk is in the corner of the pic.

So the previous pics were from early this morning before lights on, this next pic is after lights turn on, about 30 minutes of full light. They remain this way all day, until lights go out. With in 30 minutes of lights out, they return to looking like the first 2 pics until the next day.

I hope yours does well, it looks like it will be very nice once acclimated. Best of luck. :)
Keep us updated!

Thanks Taylor. Your 2 look amazing. I think I saw a slight recovery any was just hoping for a turnaround. I am following Minh treatment thread and will keep you all updated. Since I bought it over a month ago it has gained a lot more color. Apart for the past week it has been doing really well so I'm not too sure what's happened. Anyway I'll get it back into shape and hopefully see how the next try putting it back into the display tank goes

1st day back in the treatment tank

Well it been a disaster of a day...
It turns out the reason for it balling up imwas because the fuse on the heater had failed overnight. To make matters worse. My kids were playing and wondered into the room and we're playing with the screen ending up with the power head chewing up a part of it. Just did a 100% water change. it seems like everything is stacked against me.

That really sucks to see. Sorry to see this.

I had a gig rip it's foot (ok, I ripped it) when I tried moving it, maybe 5 years ago. It was attached to 2 rocks, I tried moving only one and didnt' realize until too late. Here are some pics.

This guy

Turned into this

When I tried to move it, this happened.

Took a month to turn into this after the rip happened.

I thought I was in the clear. It completely healed. Dismantled my fuge and one of two 75's tied to the system. Everyone crashed. Lost most everything overnight. I was trying to upgrade, (did), but needed to do some home remodeling before, and the tanks needed to move in order to remodel. I had this guy around 9 months before I decided it needed a bigger tank, and lost it in the crash.

Reason of me telling you, is, (trying to give you some hope) as bad as yours looks, if you provide it with the best care possible, IMO, it can recover.... But, that's pretty bad looking. Don't count that guy gone just yet. 100% water changes in the beginning can reallly help a lot. Best of luck, keep us updated as it progresses.

Thanks for your kind words taylor...
I won't give up, it's just sad to see that one week it was doing so well and then the next it'll just turn the other way. I am keeping up with the treatment. Am doing 100% water changes at least daily, depending on how it looks. I did 2 in the past 24 hours due to the power head incident, with cipro.
Here he was this morning around 7am after a 80% water change

Got home at 7 and was surprised to see it look a lot better than I was expecting. All day I was dreading coming home to a dead anemone. Still a long way to go but there is some hope.
