Does anyone keep track of their corals in a file?

so how many corals do some of you guys have?

I'll let you know for sure when I am done with inventory, but I would guess 100-125.

When my 75 was up and running 14 corals is all I had. They all perished when the room temp exceeded 500 degrees though.

With the upcomming 120 gallon I'm hopping on around 18 to 20 different types of corals. The big thing is if they are going to get big they need space.

Yes you can attach pictures to these excel files. It takes a little getting used to but once you learn the features of excel it is extremly powerful.

I even used to use it for making pamphlet on various helpful ideas for my customers when I had my store. Like fish deseases and fish varieties on sale.

I am not sure if you can attached a pic to a specific cel, but you can insert a pic in a sheet and drag it and re-size it to fit the space were you want to have it.

Any pointer on how to do this? Besaically I'm trying to link a picture to a cell with words. When you click on the words the picture will pop up.

Chris to do that you just select the cell, right click, Hyperlink. you can select a web hyper link or a file in this case a jpg in your computer.
