to find IV/feeding tube sets locally ?
Mine busted on me this morning and need to get my limewater going.
I've struck out around Kissimmee, so I'm thinking I'll have to head in to Orlando. :(

are u talking about the kind for peristaltic pumps? if so a medical supply store should have them. if you can wait, masterflex.com will send you free samples. they send like 1 meter samples, and i just add john guest fittings to connect them to the tubing.

Yes it was for a peristaltic pump, but the med/feeder ones that use the bag setup. I just cut off the bag.
I wet up to Orlando to the only place that had them when I called and spent $16 :eek1:
Then, after the fact, I notice I can just replace the silicone tube on the line that broke in the first place.
Lesson learned
Thanks for the heads up on the site though. I'll hit them up for a sample for next time.

yea, i think LS/16 is the sized tubing that matches up to normal airline tubing. i'll check when i get home. i think i got neoprene type tubing. i'll let u know.

btw, that frag is doing great.

Sweet, I'm glad to hear about the chalice.
I totally forgot till now. I have a nice size chunk of the LE blue chalice that got accidentally fragged, about 3x1 1/2 inch. I just remembered you wanted a piece and it's healed and ready to roll.

I wouldn't mind having a couple backups, that's for sure. Let me know what you want for a couple, I could even frag up some nice stuff for ya.;)

I could give you 10 and still have plenty. Let me get a picture when I get home tonight to make sure its what you are looking for. If it is you could give me whatever makes you feel good, its not really a big deal to me! We could meet up at SITC sometime in the next week around 1:30pm when I am on my way to work.

this what you are looking for?

I have no idea honestly. How about this, I can give you one and if it works sometime down the road I can get you some more.

Just looking I don't think that set will work with your pump.....those are IV tubing sets which depend upon a physical squeezing of the tube by mechanical fingers, your pump uses rollers, and like the feeding pumps by Kanaroo, etc, the rollers pass over a MUCH softer, more pliable section....worth a try, but I'm a sceptic about them crossing over (I'm a Critical Care RN too, not JUST another jerk with an opinion)

the tubing in those is actually different in different parts. No worries, if it does not work I will not get my feelings hurt. Just trying to help!
