does anyone use lugol's for dosing?

i have a tank with mostly zoo's and wanted to know if anyone adds this to there tank on a week thing?

in the instutions for using it talk about improved corals colorations. i bought it for dipping but i thought i ask and see if anyone was using other then dipping?

I use it once a week, but it is mostly from my zenia and inverts. Doesnt seem to harm anything else.

I would get a test kit for iodine before adding it to your tank. Too much of a good thing is not always good. I read somewhere before that too much iodine can be toxic. I don't remember where.
