Can I use RO from water and ice?

I just use RO water..I don't have a dedicated RODI for my tank. I don't have any issues so far..my tank is 5 months old.

I have had a buddy using RO from machine with minimal issues. he swore everything was alright. OK THAT'S FINE. then the algae came (NOT SAYING THAT'S WHAT CAUSED IT) but he decided to switch over to di. he appreciated the suggestion and never went back. IMO DI was the best switch I ever made in the hobby just my opinion tho. not sure if you meant air water and ice or around here in SO CAL we have a few water stores called water and ice. hope that helps.
I'm assuming you are talking about the sponsor here. I've used their stuff for a few years. It's certainly up to par and I've talked with him on the phone a few times and was very helpful.
No issues and certainly satisfied. They have a bit more modular approach so if you want to add a line to run to your ice maker etc. they can do that easily.

YES.. assuming you mean airwaterice
I've run their typhoon 5 stage for years..
I've added dual RO membranes and a pressure tank for drinking water.. dual tds meter and a pressure gauge pre/post prefilters..
In general both airwaterice and bulkreefsupply have great units and are fairly comparable in price.. sometimes I buy my filters from BRS.. sometimes from airwaterice just depending on the deals going on at the time..
Mostly airwaterice has better pricing on replacement filters/di,etc..
