Does bashsea respond?

I sent them a message off their site about a custom skimmate container and never heard anything. I've read they are awesome to work with. Am I and my small project to lowly to bother?

Either their form is broken, or you just didn't give them enough time to respond or yes you are being blown off..

I used facebook chat. Responded in a day or two, and very helpful.

They usually respond right away, but if they get super busy it sometimes takes a couple days
