Does Dt's really make a difference??

Well I guess Im just wondering if anyone has seen a significant difference (health, color, size, mantle extension....) between clams that are feed dts and clams that are not.... I had used dts for a while but its pretty expensive just wasnt sure if It was worth the cost.

i very rarely add live phyto. when i do i add it to boost pods.

if you feed your fish regularly then you should have plenty of bacteria floating around for the clams to feed on. i don think adding phyto will hurt unless you ad to much and pollute the tank but i feel in most cases it isn't needed
