Does my fish have ich!?!?!?!?!?

im fairly new to the hobby. I know my Koran angel is supposed to turn colors when maturing which is usually around 4-5 inch which he is at the moment. But im not 100% sure if he is changing or he has ich. He has brown/white spots developing on his face but nowhere else. I assumed if it was ich at least 1 of my other fish would have it or be acting oddly which is not the case. PLEASE diagnose so i can sleep easily.

I agree with both of the above. I'd read the ich stickies above and become familiar with this parasite. Also, Google "marine ich" and look at the pics. Every hobbyist should be able to identify parasites.
