Does Pickling Lime go bad?

Does Pickling Lime go bad?

I discounted my Kalk Reactor when I moved and it still has about 3/4lbs of Pickling Lime and RO/DI Water in it.

I don't think it would go bad, but thought I would ask first..

I guess you could mix it up and check the conductivity of it.
