does the melanurus wrasse eat red bugs?

Mine is always picking at the rocks for pods so I don’t see why not. I’ve heard a six line will eat them, but then you might have to deal with the terror they sometimes become to other fish.

Most people say it's hit or miss with Red Bugs with any fish and most don't have any improvement unless they use chemicals.

Dragonface pipefish are reputed to eat them but they aren't easy to keep. I doubt a melanurus would bother with something so small.

My melanurus wrasse would not eat them. I would, however, eat the red flatworms. He wiped them out fast. Had to use Interceptor to get rid of the red bugs.
