Thanks, I've been sitting on it for about 4 months now and every time it starts coloring up stronger I go on vacation or have something die in the tank or run out of salt... I know the polyps can go bright red but getting them back there has been a little tough.
Here's my other piece without the weird barnacles section, polyps are showing more color since they're closed up. They go from green to red, gotta get those bright again...
That is the first picture i have seen in a long time, of a tenuis under real light well done!
On another site I saw someone post a pic in a thread of a standard blue tipped green tenuis in normal lighting, then made their own thread later with some crazy filter/ps over the same pic calling it a le rainbow something. I said I liked the original picture the best and people acted like I was an evil entity, i guess for not liking the new rainbow tenuis... It was very confusing... All the crazy camera tricks people use these days makes my head spin. I have to stare at the same frags online for hours just to guess what they will really look like in my tank, I feel sick sometimes after I pull the trigger.
Thanks! It's hard taking pics that look real, everyone's got this blacklight windex party thing going on now and you can never tell what they'll look like... Like the WD you pay $300 for a couple polyps and it's pretty much a blue tenuis, hobby's getting scandalous with people not demanding realistic pics like they used to :/
I have no clue where this one came from, guessing Indo but I didn't ask too many questions, I was just like shut up and take my money
