Does this GSP look healthy

it looks different from the ones I've seen.
 
I THINK it's an odd species of briareum coral. GPS but comes in many colors also called encrusting gorgonian. The only thing that is throwing me off is it should be a mat base and from the photo they look individual. But if it is a type of briareum they are not bleached, they are just that color.

Do briareum glow neon green in the dark? And the Coral does have a mat.
 
Mine does. They are all star polyps, I also have some that don't have any green. It may be bleached it may be the norm. Care for it the best you can. If it's happy and growing and doesn't change color that's fine if it changes color all the better. Briareum and GSP have the same care needs so I wouldn't stress too much.
