There's something going on with the tail. Could just be tiny Lympho spots. Either way, I would pass just to be safe.

Pass on that fish. I'm shocked that's on DD... Something is definitely on the tail.

Looks like there is some on the eye also. I actually saw three different fish that appeared to have ich but this one was the most obvious. I would never have purchased this fish, but some poor unsuspecting person did. I need to go back and look at the photos of the many fish I purchased from them lately!
