Does this look like clownfish ich?

Background info, 120 gal tank started 9 months ago. Clownfish qt and treated with prazipro, and examined for one month. Put in display about 4 months ago. No signs of any problem until now. Kole tang qt and treated with prazipro. Examined for 5 weeks and put into DT 4 weeks ago after appearing healthy and no signs of disease.
Yesterday noticed a few spots on the female clown. It had been fighting more with the other clown for a week. Spots on left side look like small white, and on chin and nose. Spot on right side near fin looks like it is hanging off. The other clown looked to maybe have a spot yesterday but looks better today. Behavior is good, it hangs out more on the top of one rock right now and eats well.

What is recommended?
Keep feeding and observe
Try to catch and place in qt? I am heating up water and will have that ready in a day. I have green copper power and prazipro on hand. I could do low salinity. And an not really set up to do tank transfer.

Was there anything aside from the tang added to the tank recently?

A small blasto frag that was dipped in coral revive.

Just in case you didn't know, coral dips don't remove or kill parasites.

How long ago was it added?

Are you sure the fish is not flashing/rubbing or other behavioral changes?

Since you mentioned 1 of them had a spot that's gone today, it may very well be ich.

The spot on the right side of the fish looks like a tag. The coral frag was added about a week or two before I noticed symptoms. Some flashing. The other clown ,the male, has started bullying her a little. Seems to be staying in the same area of the tank a lot where before it had been swimming all around.
Could it be a virus?

Reclusive behavior is a symptom of velvet. Flashing could be a symptom of ich or flukes. Not enough information for a good diagnosis.

Update... During the week each clownfish developed one or two white spots on side or pectoral fin. In a few days they disappeared and they are both looking better. The spots did look like salt but there was never more than a few.

So the clowns are looking good, the kole tang never got any spots, nor did the watchman goby.

What should I do? Should I continue to observe and at the first sign of ich quarantine all fish and let fallow DT? Or qt all fish right now and let the DT fallow?

I currently have two ten gal tanks I can use for tank transfer method. And a 30 gal qt tank. I have copper power medication on hand and prazipro for flukes.

Ok, so there's a few more white spots on the tail fin. I'm thinking its time to quarantine. I'm thinking I should do tank transfer on the clowns, then do it on the tang and the goby. Will the kole tang be ok in a ten gallon tank for those 12 days, and then those four fish ok for the 72 days in a 30 gal qt?

I am assuming that even though the kole and goby show no signs of disease that treating the clowns and putting them back in the DT, if it's ich it will still be in the DT unless it's fallow?

Brook took my two clowns in less than 3 days.

I believe I had a pair develop brook last summer. This seems nothing like that. And that did take them in a matter of days. This seems ich like but I'm not sure yet. Just a few spots in fins that were salt like but only for a day then disappeared

Update. I don't think I see anymore spots. I'm thinking it was a virus because the bumps were usually on the fins and they would pop up and disappear after a few days. Saw a few a few white spots on the body but never more than one or two at a time. I guess if it comes back worse and looks like it could be ich and I will be ready with quarantines.

Ok update. The clown has a small white spot on its side that looks like speck of salt. I'm guessing this is ich. Unfortunately I think I have to quarantine all fish now and go fallow. This will be annoying but at least I only have four fish.
I'm guessing the ich came in on the kole tang because that was the last fish. I quarantined the kole for 5 weeks after prazipro. It never did show signs of disease and it still doesn't show any signs. But maybe it has good immunity and is just a host/vector?

Tangs will never come into one of my tanks (again) because they are notorious ich magnets/carriers. And in normal home tanks it is nearly impossible to give them the conditions they usually prefer in the wild.

The kole tang is very happy in my 120 gal tank. It has never shown any sign of disease and heals from scratches quickly. I wish I would have treated it for ich regardless of never showing signs of it. Then I would've known for sure.
I just think it is weird that the clowns are just getting the occasional one or two specks, while the tang and goby look perfect. I feel like I usually see people where all fish get covered it white specks.
