Does this look strange?

I was looking at my tank this morning and saw that one of my hermit crabs looked a little strange. It was out of its shell, which I had seen before, but his body looked like there was some extra stuff on it. Take a look at the crab on the right and let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Anytime a hermit crab is infested with parasites or any other pathogen, the irritation can drive them literaly out of their shells. Not sure what can be done for it other than isolating it and giving it a choice of new homes. Have never heard of a parasite treatment for such inverts. There is also the chance there is nothing wrong with it and it just wants a new, larger home.

those look exactly like the eggs my hermits had, I had seen a few of my hermits release eggs, they make very good fish/coral food ^_^
