Does This sound right to you all?

Not sure, and want your thoughts.

I have been totally happy with LA and everything as well as the drygoods section and all. But I am a little displeased with my last LA order, and I may be overreacting. I bought several SPS corals and of course paid for the shipping. LA sent me all the corals but 1, instead I got a less expensive coral. I took pictures to show that they sent me a Canary Porites instead. I got an email back saying that a credit for the coral was issued. So I call LA to find out when will they ship the coral that I bought and paid for and was told that they do not reship even though it was there fault. I was told that I would have to use the credit and repay the shipping for the coral that was ordered.

Has this happened to anyone else and is that ok? Does not sound right to me because they clearly made the mistake.

Maybe I am overreacting :confused:
 
No, it does not sound right and I apologize. We should and will reship the correct item at no charge. Again, I am sorry.

Everyone, Just a heads up That LA has Excellent Customer Service, I just received a phone call and the matter is resolved. One of the reason why everyone including myself love LA and will always do business with them.

An I wonder why more people dont shop at LiveAquaria?? Maybe they want video feeds, so they can pick the fish??
