Does this Xenia stand a chance of survival? (photos)

I have a small piece of xenia that floated around my tank for a month before it stuck under a piece of live rock with barely any light. It then spent the next 3 months moving up the liverock and so on until it was at the highest point in the tank and as close the light as possible. Xenia doesn't go away. Its always there.............

also to me that looks almost like an angry piece of anthelia not xenia.......which is just as indestrucable

Come to my house and take some Xenia. I have a ton of it and will gladly give it away.
