Does your Bangai cardinal fish eat flake food?

I bought some bangai cardinal fish a while ago. I knew they like meaty food but I didn't knew they don't eat any flake food. I only feed meaty food to my tank 2-3 times a week so I am worried about them.
If people have cardinals, please let me know if yours eat flake food or not. I want to know if eventually they will eat flake or I should sell these. Thanks.

Mine will not eat flakes unless very hungry. Sometime takes a flake and spits it out.

better sell because these fish rarely (if ever) take flake foods although I once had one that would take nori

Our ORA pair eat Prime Reef Flakes, Formula flakes, pellets, mysis, everyday and they recently spawned.

1 of mine is tank raised and they do take in other food but spit it out. I will give it a few more days and if they don't eat the regular food I feed, I'll have to give it to someone.

Mine aren't picky- frozen, live, pellets. They don't seem to care.

All of the banggais I ever kept refused to eat anything other than frozen and fresh foods.
