doesn't look white and fluffy

Saw an irregularity on one side of this blue hippo that went away. Now it has more on the other side but it doesn't look like ich, it's eating well. The lesions are kind of raised. All my fish underwent 6 weeks QT and I haven't added a fish since Jan.

Do they only show up in the morning? Hippo's typically tear themselves up when they back into their "garage" at night....

It's been a few days and it looks the same. I hope that's all it is. He is getting kinda big for his garage. Hopefully he'll finda a new area to sleep in.
