Dolphin Pump Seal Replacement

Has anyone ever replaced the seals on a dolphin 3000 pump? If so how hard was it to remove the old seal and do you have any tips to remove and replace them? I would love to talk to someone about it so PM me your phone number if you want and I will call you on my dime.
