Domino with slits in its tail

I recently noticed that my domino damsel has slits in its tail. I have seen fin rot and it really doesn't look like it. Just wondering what it could be.

Also have some white/black places on the sides of my cleaner shrimp. Any answer to either would be great! thanks!
