Mine looks great, the polyps are out often. I can't tell if it is growing much, but I do know that it has healed where it was fragged. Hopefully soon I will have a frag of it to pass along....
Its where you hook a sponge filter to a powerhead.
I did that so my anemone would not get sucked in and obliterated. The one I put in has variable flow and has rotating nozzle.
I think that qualifies as chaotic flow. The anemone loves it as some times it does not get direct flow and sometime it does and its quite happy and has doubled its size since I obtained it.
There you go! Although, if you did that you would probably be worth a lot of money!
