Dont think this is ich.... but i dont know what this is

So saw my fish tonight and saw that they have weird big white spots on them. It looks more bacterial or fungal to me but before i treat i wanted opinions. The tank specific gravity is at 1.016 and all 3 fish have been in qt for 4 weeks ( go figure). They area all active eating and swimming around and doing well. They dont seem in any distress at all. Well here are the pics.. Sorry they dont really stand still well.

Yes there is a good chance, but lymphocystosis tend to be more rounded and cotton ball or cauliflower like.

May also be of bacterial origin.

Is it feeding well? It looks thin.

Lymphocytosis is a good thing that I didn't think of. And ill try to get pictures for everyone. As for feeding all three fish are eating well. I feed more than I should and they all pig out. They are very active which makes me think more lymphocytosis as it's my as aggressive and fish tend to do better. My biggest concern was that it was ich but it doesn't look like a normal presentation.
