Don't understand the 24V and 15V pins for 7095 multicontroller

Hello,
I have two multicontrollers. The first one I had no problems setting up. The second one I cannot get to work.

I noticed the power supply is different (tunze 6055 and 6101) for the one I'm trying to set up.

The ones that worked out of the box had a green light, with a switch to be able select 15-24V.

These other power supply has a pin with a red light. I tried both pins, 15 and 24 (matching each other) that is included in the box and cannot get the multicontroller to turn on correctly. If I put in on a single controller or just plug in by itself it works.

I don't understand.

Thanks in advance for the help.

The switch has nothing to do with the multicontroller. The 6055 has a different power supply that lets you chose a voltage from 12-24V. The 6101 power supply uses a jumper which also is a fuse. The 15V and 24V jumpers set the pumps power but both will work with the multicontroller. Why do you think the multicontroller is not working? I.E. what is it doing or not doing to make you think it doesn't work?

Hello Roger.
Thanks for your response. When I plug in items to the multicontroller I get one of the following:

- lighting up all of the green and red lights, then fades away
- nothing, no lights or anything--this one is most common
- If I plug in only the 6101, it turns on, but I cannot control it. It stays lit at 80%. I then plug the same 6101 into single controller and can control it.

Thanks again.

Did you get the same result when you try this multicontroller with the 6055? If so, PM me and we will get the return process started for the controller.
