Dose sano Work

My fish have Ick and i just got Sano Broad spectrum For salt water. Dose anyone know if it works or not.

I tried it once just to see. It did nothing to the Ick on my fish. It was dead in three days.

I thought they stopped making that stuff. I don't think it does anything.

Amazing how snake oils persist in the market. I ran it through the ringer years ago. I know it doesn't work
