Dosing Chloroquine

Hi I am in the UK and when I search for Chloroquine diphosphate, it seems I only get results for Chloroquine and its only avaliable in 250mg doses. Is this the same product as Dosing Chloroquine?, how would I dose the correct amount from a 250mg dose, this to treat velevt.

Many people recommend buying the ick shield powder from amazon. It's basically just rebottled CP for aquarium use specifically.
